I support individuals and families who are ready to unlearn, simplify, and return to a more authentic, connected way of living and parenting.
Kitchen / House Clean-Out (Pantry, Closets, Rooms)
Transform your living space with a complete clean-out. I’ll help you declutter and organize your pantry, closets, and rooms, creating a more functional, stress-free environment. Let go of excess items and reclaim your space whether it’s your kitchen, bedroom, or any area in your home.
And if you ever wondered what all those long and strange names on the ingredients lists are, I can help you understand what is in the products you buy, identify hidden additives, and make healthier choices for your body. Whether you're looking to clean up your diet or just want to know what’s in your food, I provide practical guidance for mindful eating.
Holistic Decluttering & Detox
Do you crave more mental clarity? Do you want more spaciousness in your life? We live in the world of excess. Too much of everything. I invite you to consider and look into mental, emotional, and physical clutter that might be there. What are you holding onto?
I offer personalized support to help detoxify the mind, body, and surroundings. For example, we can look into how to reduce digital clutter, improve time management, and detox from negative habits or thoughts. We can also look at the amount of toys, books and "things" your children might have. Is it necessary? Who benefits from them?
Personal Budgeting & Expense Detox
I guide you in creating a healthier relationship with money by identifying unnecessary expenses, simplifying spending habits, and designing a budget that aligns with your values and goals. This “detox” clears financial clutter, reduces stress, and makes space for intentional, sustainable choices that truly support your lifestyle.
Unlearning, De-Schooling & Conscious Parenting
Are you ready to unlearn? It’s a bold question. We live in a world shaped by systems and expectations that often limit us. From the way we’re taught to approach life, to how we’re expected to parent, there are layers of conditioning that hold us back.
But what if you could shed those layers? What if you could approach parenting, and life, with a fresh perspective—one that empowers you and your child to flourish beyond these confines?
Do you feel the system is limiting you? The societal frameworks we operate within can feel restrictive, often telling us how we should behave, what we should believe, and even how we should parent. But the truth is, you have the power to break free from these limitations.
You don’t need to follow a preset path. Instead, you can create your own. UnLearning and Unschooling is for US, ADULTS, not for children. Unschooling and UnLearning is needed to rewire our educated and conditioned mind twisted by the modern western education and values systems. The work we will be doing is with you, not a child.
Self-Directed Learning, Unschooling, Homeschooling & Worldschooling Support
Learning is not something that needs to be forced or controlled. It happens naturally, just like digestion it’s a process that unfolds in its own time. We don’t need to “make” learning happen. It happens every moment, in every interaction, in every experience.
When we see our children as inherently capable and full of potential, we begin to trust the process more. We stop rushing, stop feeling the need to mold them into something they are not. Instead, we allow them to unfold, to grow at their own pace, and to trust that their learning will happen, naturally and effortlessly.
Are you wondering why parenting feels so hard? You're not alone. Modern paradigm of parenting forces us to question ourselves, to compete, to seek the best, to look for tools and “easy fixes.
Unlearning is about freeing ourselves and our children from the pressures of expectation. It's about letting go of the idea that we have to control every moment, every outcome. When we stop limiting ourselves and our children, we create space for true growth. We move away from the belief that "learning" is something we need to make happen, and instead, we embrace the understanding that it’s happening all around us, all the time.
This is the kind of parenting that fosters true independence, self-awareness, and mutual respect. Letting go of control is very difficult for me. I need to constantly and consciously check with myself what is it that triggers me and why, what am I scared about, what are my fears and discomforts.
It’s been an amazing and scary journey for me to observe my son autonomously learn and navigate a self-directed learning path together. I invite you to dive into this unknown world, ask questions, challenge yourself and reach for what might seem to look and feel impossible.
Observational Journaling for Healing & Understanding Children
Do we REALLY know, sense, and see our children, life and how life and learning happen? I thought I knew...I wanted to know and thought I knew because I read parenting books, went to school and got my degree, watched videos and tools offered by “experts”. Why do we even feel that we NEED to rely on authorities and experts to tell us how to live, how to raise our children, what to eat, how to be?
I have started consciously observing and documenting my son’s journey around 2021 being guided by Jinan Kb who has spent 40 years living with “learning communities” of artisans in India.
He writes: “Children are the unit of human life. Knowing and being can be understood only by revisiting some of the fundamental aspects of life- why, what and how children learn! What children learn, left to them, is the way the world is. So child learns the way the world looks, the quality of its materiality and the functions, processes and the phenomenon that happens around them. The holistic nature of the world awakens the holistic nature in the child"
Observational Journaling of Children is a tool to UnLearn, to Simplify, to go back to basics, to learn to Feel and Sense, to Trust Life.
